Possibly not: Restylane (dermal fillers) is hyaluronic acid, which is very well tolerated by most and disappears after 3-6 months. However, if it is the cause of these bumps there could be infection or allergy, and should be checked by the person who did the treatment. They can probably be removed. She could of course have an unrelated infection, like acne. A reputable injector could address this problem separately.
