Reassess diagnosis: Epley maneuver is often useful to address positional vertigo, but doesn't always work. But could be that your events are caused by different disorder such as Meniere's, and would be of value to discuss further with otolaryngologist. In some cases, paroxysmal vertigo can be caused by migraine equivalent.
