Bppv: See a doctor to sort through this. I would do the eppley on one side them recheck you in a week and see if it was better if no bppv in the ear we did the dix hall pike, then i would try to elicit geotropic nystaus with positioning in the other ear (see if there is bppv on the other side), and perform an eppley on the other side if need be. This is too complicated to do at home. See the ENT doc.
