R/O LYMPHADENOPATHY : LYMPHADENOPATHY may be secondary to infection , requires Ab. If it persists LONGER 8 WEEKS DEMANDS A FULL EVALUATION. You need an Exam& Labs. CT SCAN OF CHEST ABD & PELVIS. BX OF LYMPH NODE. If the pathology is not diagnostic you need a RADICAL LYMPH DISSECTION TO R/O LYMPHOMA VS METASTATIC PROCESS. SEEK PROMPT EVALUATION FROM YOUR INTERNIST AND A GENERAL SURGEON. Second opinion may be warranted
