BX OF LYMPH NODE. If the pathology is not diagnostic you need a RADICAL LYMPH DISSECTION TO R/O LYMPHOMA VS METASTATIC PROCESS. SEEK PROMPT EVALUATION FROM YOUR INTERNIST AND A GENERAL SURGEON.
