Probiotics: Need balance of micro organisms in your gut. Take plenty of yogurt & buttermilk but avoid all other dairy. Drink plenty of water.may have to take probiotics from pharmacy.Cut down carbohydrates & eat fresh vegetables & fruits.Can have plenty of proteins & nuts daily.

Under weight: This is definitely under weight and to know the cause would require afuller history.This could be due to your diet, thyroid problems, parasites, or a number of other things. You need to be seen to have this checked out. Hope this helps and you are feeling well soon.
