I am a 27 year old male of height 1.85 m and 113.9 kg weight. m blood pressure is 158/93, should i start blood pressure treatment meds?

Hypertension: You have moderately elevated blood pressure and are quite overweight. I would recommend starting antihypertensive medications like lisinopril combined with a diuretic like hydrochlorothiazide but would also institute serious lifestyle changes like a weight reduction diet after a consultation with a dietician to determine your ideal weight and ideal daily calorie intake. Regular mild exercise,etc

Much better bp. Hold off on medications, continue life style changes and low salt, reducing diet. Bp goal is 120/80.
