Try tylenol (acetaminophen): If you had symptoms for more than 10 days ( purulent nasal secretions, sinus pressure, cough) it could be sinusitis and benadryl will not help. Try Tylenol (acetaminophen) for pain. If your symptoms are more alllergies, benadryl could help and is drug B in pregnancy no proven risk for the fetus. As a rule of thumb try to go early to the doctor while pregnant .
