Gum disease: If you you bleed in your mouth from just a sucking type of movement, you should see a dentist to make sure you don't have an oral lesion somewhere causing this. Also gum disease is very common reason for bleeding, but if it occurs that easily, this should be evaluated as gum disease has been associated with a higher risk of heart disease.

If no other bruising: then just discontinue the habit. If other bruising, then see your DR for exam
