Cause and effect: It sounds like the cause of your issues is the hard sucking. Stop the hard sucking and your problems will be solved. As stated though, your internal cheeks are going through a normal healing process form the injury they are sustaining from your hard sucking.

Different technique: Consider a different technique. Practice on a dildo or cucumber, etc and see if you can find a technique that does not cause the problems you're encountering.
