Something or nothing: Perhaps 3d antifungal treatment wasn't adequate duration. Or you might have resistant infection. Or non-yeast infection. Best to go see your Family Doc, GYN or Planned Parenthood for evaluation if standard antifungal treatment doesn't resolve your symptoms.

Vaginal itch: You should have it checked out since it maybe more than yeast. Certain bacteria can cause similar symptoms.

Oh so many things: number one is that the yeast are becoming resistant and this occurs at least 30% of the time. Longer treatment works better. Then.... might not be yeast (allergy, plain chafing), might be reinfection from clothes after stopping meds. Sorry, but, this happens a lot
