At work sometimes i have to work in the freezer when i come out of it do i need to slowly warm back up. or is that only in the movies?

Well,....: You are probably referring to severe hypothermia, and the treatment for that condition involves slowly returning the body to a normal temperature. Working in the freezer and wearing the proper clothing to do so, should not cause you to experience any hypothermia. Stay well, best wishes.
