Mortons neuroma: You could have a swollen nerve known as a morton's neuroma. See a foot specialist for an accurate diagnosis.

Be seen: If it is not as simple as wearing warmer shoe wear, I would definitely be seen just to make sure you do not have any vascular insufficiency causing this problem; this would otherwise be known as PAD. There are multiple other potential causes as well.

Is it cold at work.: In your post, I am not quite clear on whether or not you work in an environment that is cold and this makes your feet freeze, or your feet just are freezing cold irregardless of the ambient temperature. The difference could certainly make a difference as to the possible cause of your neuropathy. Either way, a neurologist evaluation would get you on your way to understanding both cause and effect.
