? uterine inversion: I can't be exactly sure what your doctor may have meant by saying a "flipped" uterus. The most serious meaning would be an inverted uterus when the uterus turns inside out...the top of the uterus comes through the cervix or even completely outside the vagina: 1/3000 births. Once successfully repositioned and after recovery, my understanding is future pregnancy is possible with careful delivery.
