Meds seem OK 4 baby: Only sac is OK @5w, baby is too small to see, follow up sono in 1-2w. Cobal F is OK in pregnancy (in US we recommend prenatal multivit's). Aspocid (low dose Aspirin) is given to you probably due to the history of miscarriage. It shouldn't harm you baby but rather is hoped to prevent the loss. You may ask your doctor to explain rational behind it. Suspected or real THROMBOPHILIA may be the reason.
