Normal vein: Sometimes you will have these veins that will pop up and then they will go down again as well. They usually are nothing bad and do not cause that much of a problem. They seldom cause any severe pain but they do get itchy due to the skin being stretched and the blood flow in the area. Just ignore unless it causes a lot of pain or drains. Good Luck.
