Response: Your migraine pattern is potentially very debilitating. Etiology generally considered to be a hereditary sensitivity for your glutamate receptors in the brain to over react to internal or external triggers. The pattern can be interrupted or curtailed by drugs such as beta blockers, calcium channel blockers, Depakote, Topamax, (topiramate) but also OTC such as riboflavin, butterbur, Co-Q10, feverfew.
