Low back pain: on both sides of back is almost NEVER from Kidneys. U have low back pain, which almost everyone gets , if u live long enough. Look up low back exercises, do them twice daily,take an aleve (naproxen) if needed, and in 6-12 was, 90% chance it will resolve...until it comes back
