I took 3 zithromax pills for bronchitis the other day, felt better so i didn't take anymore. i've been having stomach cramps for 3 days, normal?

Meds: Zithromax stays in your blood stream for a long time. The dose you took could have contributed to the stomach cramps you are getting. If it doesn't resolve in a day or two, see your physician.
