Bony lumps: If you are seeing a bony lump in the back of your hand, you may want to have it looked at by an orthopedic surgeon or a hand surgeon. If there is no pain and it is not bothering you, then it may not require any treatment. An Xray of your wrist and hand would likely show the cause of the lump.
