Be seen by MD: You should return to your surgeon and have the site evaluated, perhaps MRI or ultrasound study to see if there are issues at the site. May be inflammatory, arthritic type changes or incomplete healing. Either way you should return for proper exam and care.

What procedure: Neither the triquetrum or pisiform is involved in kienbocks disease an avascular degeneration of the lunate due to discrepancy in ulnar and radial length. However if you had a radial shortening procedure to treat the disease you may have some degree of ulnar impingement now affecting the triquetrum. See your hand surgeon.
