AMENORRHEA : AMENORRHEA or absence of period demands prompt evaluation. You need an exam/Labs(ESPECIALLY THYROID & HORMONAL STUDIES) and a PELVIC EXAM with PAP SMEAR. Also with an abdominal mass ann abdominal and Pelvic Ultrasound is warranted.
