I have a uterine polyp(approx 0.6mm). i use to spot every month between periods. now its 1-3/year. i had tiniest amount of red/pink discharge after peeing/pooping. i wiped vagina it turned pink. achy abdomen and rectum. i'm on cd 15. what are causes?
