Get ear examined : If you weren't wearing any protective gear for your ears , the loud noise could have ruptured your eardrum

Loud noise: Loud noises cause hearing loss. That's why shooters wear ear protection religiously. If the noise is loud enough, it can cause a perforation of the ear drum. Sometimes it improves over a few days. If not, see an ear, nose and throat surgeon.
