Face numb,ear pain: May be beginning of Bells palsy from Lyme disease or shingles ( herpes-Ramsey Hunt syndrome- need acyclovir) or other rarely like MS, acoustic neuroma,vascular issues unlikely at your age. F/U with doctor/ENT/ urgent care.
