Clinical correlation: you have cysts or blend in your lung. These may be pockets of large air spaces like early emphysema. The pleural thickening with the blends or cysts means you should have a lung doctor to work with. Have the CT scan reviewed with your doctor to look at the clinical picture first.

Several things: Cysts can be acquired secondary to previous lung disease such as infection, congenital etc,Not usually problem unless get very large, infected, or burst causing air in pleural space.Pleuroparenchymal density usually nodule which can be scar tissue, infection, tumor etc. A lot depends on whether lesion is stable or progressive. If had previous xray good to compare. Do not know reason for chest xray
