Depends on symptoms.: Interpreting findings on X-rays depends on your symptoms & prior medical condition(s). So...why was the CT scan obtained? Were you coughing? Fever? Any history of cancer or lymphoma? A lymph node in the fissure is not worrisome unless your symptoms or history point to it being abnormal.
