Unlikely: it can take up to a full month for your HCG level to decrease to zero. It can take about 3 weeks for you to even release an egg to get fertilized and get pregnant after A miscarriage and so again, that likelihood that you have a new pregnancy is almost zero.check a test again next week and it should be negative, if not then see a doctor.
