Try another MVI (multivitamin): This MVI (multivitamin) (multiple vitamin) contains quite a lot of iron in the form of ferrous sulphate--525 mg. Having your gall bladder removed should not make you iron deficient (unless you lost an unusual amount of blood in surgery). Iron supplements are known to cause GI side effects such as you describe. Discuss an alternative with your doctor; learn whether you really need supplemental iron. Good wishes:)
