You are fine to : laugh. Your baby is protected in a sea of amniotic fluid. Laugh on and have a great pregnancy and a healthy baby. (:

Most cartainly....: Laughing hard will not hurt your baby unless you roll over on the floor laughing. Don't worry and good luck!

Likely to help it!: I know of no evidence that laughing hard can harm your baby in utero. You and your baby are very connected so when you feel happiness, joy and mirth I am sure your baby feels it too, which can only be good for him or her! Good luck, PS I highly recommend the book Ina May's Guide To Childbirth for all who are expecting. Maybe you can laugh during your labor and delivery!

Totally normal: It's totally normal to be concerned about your pregnancy's health, it's one of the most precious gifts you have. Don't worry, laugh hard as a sense of humor will be some of the best medicine for the weeks ahead and maybe even the years ahead. ;) Best of luck. No concerns unless you have heavy contractions/bleeding/discharge.
