Think of a watermelon in a pool. It bounces around in the water & any direct hit would push it out of the way. Same thing happens in your womb. Baby is surrounded by water & flexible tissues. A miscarriage might be triggered by significant trauma, but the symptoms would be noticeable and evident by now.

What you described is highly unlikely to harm your baby. For the sake of your and your baby's health you should see a doctor regularly for antenatal care. Wish you good health and a healthy baby!
