YerBabyWillSurviveU: The tight stomach is your reaction to the anxiety.More importantly anxiety, fear,stress, etc send stress hormones throughout your body and into your baby. They get your body all charged up to act or move but if just for anxiety, then your immune system goes whacky and the stage is set for premature aging if that stress becomes your friend. So no guilt if you make stress your enemy. Get help for it
