When should i go to a doctor about a bug bite? i have two from approx 50 hours ago that are swollen, hard, and hot. swelling has not gone down.

Now: By 48 hours these should be better. Bug bites can become infected. Let your doctor look at the bites to see if they need to be treated with drainage plus or minus antibiotics. All the best.
