Yes I would: In the meantime take some tylenol (acetaminophen) or acetominophen to reduce your fever if not allergic to it. Your physician may have an answering service. Since it is a holiday weekend call the office and see if this is the case. Your physician or the doctor on call may have more help for you based on any other symptoms you have.

Yes: Interesting that you didn't report any symptoms aside from high fever. Regardless, it's high enough to warrant evaluation. Best not to wait.
