My daughter has a temperature of 38.2. gave her panado and this has helped but she had one last night aswell. she was on antibiotics last week for being sick. she is much better but not sure what is causing a her temperature to spike now?

Spike ???: In my world we would never consider such a mild temperature a spike but this is likely a reflection of a resolving illness. You don't mention age or other symptoms. In an infant bundled in blankets this might resolve by removing them. If she persists with low grade fever and develops other symptoms I would have her re-evaluated.
