Hand pain: did you have any trauma to your hand/wrist? Need more information about your pain to make an accurate assessment. A visit with your doctor tomorrow if possible or even a live visit via healthtap would be able to provide a doctor with more information to give you a better plan of action. An xray may be needed depending on the specifics of the pain.

Hand pain: That depends on some thingg. Was there an injury involved? Was there an overuse injury - meaning a repetative action that may have caused a sprain? This could also be an inflammation or tendonitis depending on the location. More information is needed to make a diagnosis. If this continues or worsens you may want to see your primary care physician. Rest and Ice it to see if improves
