Unfortunately : Nothing.The epiphyseal plates fuse at about the age of 25 years. So theoretically you can still grow. But most people have little or no growth after 17 years. Do not be desperate good things also come in short packages

Depends: on if your groth plates are sealed or not. Females growth plates usually close @3-4 years after you stat your periods.
