Im in a country where sadly doctors take advantage of you financially. how can you analyze if someone in a vent is dead. is there anything i can try?

Heart and Brain: I am so sorry for what you must be going through. It is hard for you to do it yourself. If the heart stops- flat line on monitor and the brain stops also determined by a test then a person is considered dead. Most hospitals have a patient spokesperson or liaison who can help guide you in communications with the doctors. It seems that there is a communication breakdown with the doctors in charge.
