Dr. Google is a major source of anxiety and an excellent example of how a little bit of information can cause significant damage. It is entirely normal for an active healthy 22-year-old's weight to fluctuate by several pounds in a 24-hour period. Probably 80% of that change is due to water loss or gain and the remainder is processing what we eat into a denser storage form or burning it for energy.

This will depend on how much you eat and drink between weighing and differences in change etc in you pocket. Best to weigh bare naked both times. I might get a 100 lb bag and weigh it both am and pm to make certain your scale is not varying am pm.
