Maybe: That is at 5% for wt at your age. You did not mention your height. If your height is also at 5% for age then we would say you are "well proportioned". If your mom and dad are similarly short then we say you have constitutionly short stature. Most women stop their height growth at about 16 yrs of age or about 2 yrs after their first menses. It really depends on: what your actual height is, so if you can be more specific about "having a small frame," we could give you a better answer. For example, if you are 5'2", that weight would put you in a category of Underweight; if you are 5'1", you would be just on the lower end of "normal weight." It's most important to eat healthily, exercise regularly and get plenty of sleep...which will help you feel well!
