Get checked.: First, make sure you are healthy generally. See a doc for a physical to be sure there is no medical reason for your low weight. Then count your blessings, if you are the skinny type! Fat kills. A regular exercise problem, including weight training, will make the most of your muscles, and since you are thin, your muscle definition will be great, too and you'll look really good quickly.
