Wt. training, & food: An 18-21 year-old male (college aged) is not going to grow any taller (growth plates have fused). Choosing proper designs of clothing and shoes can help one appear taller. Good posture helps also. To increase muscle mass, one has to work out against resistance (with weights). This exercise will increase daily calorie needs, so he must eat more of the healthy, balanced diet he should already be on.

None. : High calorie foods can increase your weight. Exercising can increase your muscle mass and help you look heftier but no food or exercise will make you talk at age 19. It is all genetics. A few young men keep growing taller until age 21 but not many.

No need to gain: weight. If you are otherwise healthy, being skinny is okay. You need to be on healthy diet and exercise regularly. Visit this site for advice on nutrition: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/.
