A doctor has provided 1 answer

You don't have strep: As long as you don't have a sore throat, trouble swallowing, fever, swollen glands, headache, you most likely do not have strep. If you have any of those symptoms, you will need to see a doctor who can do a special screening test for strep to confirm. If none of these things are happening, please do not worry endlessly about something you do not have.
