See MD for an exam: 29 year old lady with chills/malaise. Please visit your physician for a full exam. A physician can examine you in person and not only take into account your symptoms, but also examine you physically. MD needs to know your vital signs, medical history. I would test for strep if you were in the office, however, malaise/chills with no fever are not enough to give you antibiotics with no rapid strep.
