Thyroid?: An overactive thyroid is one reason that people can lose weight without trying. You may want to see your doctor for a thyroid test. Also, if you are an active person, you need to make sure that you're eating enough calories

Anorexia? See doctor: The important question here is why you haven't seen a doctor. Substantial unexplained weight loss always is cause for concern and needs medical evaluation. There are many causes, but others' judgment that you are too thin probably is more reliable than your belief you are overweight, and raises concerns about an eating disorder. This could be very serious; see your doctor right away. Good luck!
