Uterus/ovaries.: The normal size of the uterus Mean uterus size was 8.66cm x 4.96cm x 4.06cm overall, 7.28cm x 4.28cm x 3.24cm for nulliparous women . The normal ovarian size is 3.5cm x 2.5cm x 1.5cm. After menopause the ovaries generally measure 2cm x 1.5cm x 1cm or less. It is important to know your age. The ovaries appear normal but your uterus seem slightly enlarged. Kindly discuss all with your doctor.
