Maybe related to: heat? it is no clear how much you are outside but in Algeria it is thought to be arid. If the air is very dry and you are a smoker, the nasal passages can become irritated. Would moisturize the nasal passages with either saline or Vaseline. This way the passage will not dry out and should not bleed.
