Not Normal OrHealthy: Capillary blood flow, body wide, is controlled by arterioles (end arteries just prior to capillaries). Capillaries=only 5?m inside diameter, very thin walled, very fragile. Too much blood flow/pressure let through arteriole ruptures capillaries, thus bleeding. As a part of your emotional responses to sexual attraction, your nasal arterioles are relaxing, ?ing pressure in Kiesselbach's capillaries.
