Interpreting hard: It is hard to interpret an ECG once a pacemaker is implanted. Your electrophysiologist (EP - or cardiologist who implanted the device) wd b a better source of information. In general, A-V dual-paced rhythms on ECG mean that both wires on the pacemaker r working or firing. Thereafter, interpreting the pattern of 'squiggles' on the ECG requires knowledge of ur pre-implant ECG & ur specific condition
