One way is to eval-: -your foot wear. a 1/2 inch lateral flare added to your shoe may help. simple and cheap and does work in some. otherwise I recommend you see a fellowship trained foot & ankle orthopedic surgeon, my preference , or you could see a podiatrist. also PT and a vigorous strength program for the ankle averters can help. try these before an surgery is recommended. also a second opinion before any surgery.
