I have intense ice cold sensations down both legs from top of legs to ankles. it gets so intense that i cant walk or move my legs till its gone. it last about 1-2min. it has happened 1-2 times a day for the past week. its been happening for a month?

Cold sensations: Two possibilities come to mind. One is a disturbance in the circulation of blood through the leg arteries due to blockages, but this isn't likely in your age group. The more likely cause is an abnormality of nerve sensation, a type of neuropathy or irritability. I recommend consulting a neurologist for evaluation and appropriate testing.
